The Piano Nobile restaurant is headed by accomplished chef Libor Krušinský, who previously worked with French master chef Jacques Auffrays and who has gathered priceless experience both in the Czech Republic and abroad. Krušinský and his team offer guests a broad range of meals created from local recipes and honouring the legacy of the aristocratic cuisine of the Thurn-Taxis family, who lived at Chateau Mcely until 1947.

The chateau’s rooms can accommodate a feast for up to 80 guests – should you have more guests,
